The Commission

Commander-in-chief
The person holding this Position of is the leader/CEO of the corporation.
The Commander-in-chief also is the head Judge for any Criminal Panels.
The Commander-in-chief handles all major issues that come from the heads of the Administration and Operations.
Primary Speaker in the Weekly Comprehensive Corporation meeting; notes and meeting plan received from the Warrant Officer 4
The Commander-in-chief and the Secretary of Defense can make joint decisions on the appointment and removal of the Unified Combatant Commanders and the Secretary of the Navy
Secretary of Defense
Leader of the command meetings
The person holding this rank is the Co-Leader of the corporation.
Handles all minor issues that come from come from the heads of the Administration and Operations.
The Secretary of Defense also takes one of the seats during any Criminal Panels.
Forms Reports on matters reported to he/she by the Administration and Operations to be delivered to the Commander-in-chief.

POS Construction, Maintenance, and Fueling assignments
Approval of ranks below Chief of Naval Operations
Long term industrial planning
Production plans
Chief of Naval Operations
Keep up with
all members in their division; a running list and emails
Equal in power to The Unified Combatant Commanders Council
The Secretary of The Navy also takes one of the seats during any Criminal Panels.



Central Command

Reports directly to Secretary Of the Navy
Shore Establishment Mangers

Fueling of Establishment if it is a POS

Unified Combatant Commanders Council
This Position consists of five individuals. Each individual is equal to each other in power.
The Council makes all the decisions that are war related with a majority vote. The Commander-in-chief has veto power over any votes. The veto can be challenged with a unanimous vote from all the Unified Combatant Commanders and with the agreement from the Secretary Of the Navy and the Secretary Of Defense. Once a decision is reached it is passed up to The Secretary of Defense for implementation
The appointment of Fleet Admirals is handled by the Council with a majority vote
The Council elects two members to represent the entire Council in criminal panels
The Council Reports directly to Secretary of Defense

all members in their division; a running list and emails




Fleet Admiral (FADM)

The responsibility of the Fleet Admiral is to
maintain their fleet by giving out orders and reviewing
suggestions from the COs and NCOs under their control.
Must submit Weekly reports that are a combination of all the Admirals
reports; I.E. the status of the Fleet. Go over the report in the
weekly meeting
Reviews the Reports submitted by the Admirals
Management of events within their fleet
Hands out disciplinary marks to the Division leaders in his/her section
Must Attend the main meetings and if unable
to come post a leave of absence
Admiral (ADM)
The person holding the rank of Admiral is in charge of all the personnel, logistics and operations for their specific group.
Keep up with
all members in their group; a running list and emails; list can be formed from the lists of section leaders
Management of events within the division
Management of team and squad communication
Logistical management; especially during times of war
Ensures that the ranks below Admiral carry out their duties.
Analyzes and Composes a report for the Fleet Admiral

Vice Admiral (VADM)
Keep up with all members in their group; a running list and emails
Composes a report to be handed in to the Admiral

Rear Admiral upper half (RADM)
Keep up with all members in their group; a running list and emails
Composes a report to be handed in to the Admiral

Rear Admiral lower half (RDML)
Keep up with all members in their group; a running list and emails
Ensures that all members under their command have a skill plan and a resource making method to be semi- self sufficient
Composes a report to be handed in to the Admiral

Captain (CAPT)
Leads a specific subsection of a division in a fleet
Keep up with all members in their group; a running list and emails

Commander (CDR)
Assists the Captain in his/her fleet subsection
Lieutenant Commander (LCDR)

Ensign (ENS)
The person holding the rank of Ensign are just to be active,
follow orders, and recruit
Will Recruit at least one new member during their time in the corporation






Warrant Division
CHIEF
WARRANT OFFICER {s13_User-Cw}
Is in charge
of the warrant officers for the clan

The
responsibility of the Chief Warrant Officer is to handle the paper
work for the SD and CIC.
In
charge of the Marks system

up with the disciplinary records of all the members
2.Fleet Admirals report marks to this person with in their Fleet
WARRANT

Meeting
attendance and meeting coordinator
Drafting
the plan of the clan meeting from the results command meeting
Go
over the plan with the commission
Lead
the meeting direction; keep the meeting in order with separate
topics with speakers for each topic
In Charge of the overall and comprehensive Roster of everyone in the Corporation(can from rosters received from lower ranks)
The Unified Combatant Commanders Council and the Secretary of the Navy send their rosters to this person
